摘要：

　发表于2008年的《儿童支气管哮喘诊断与防治指南》为我国儿童哮喘管理水平的提高起到了积极的促进作用。近年来随着对疾病认识的深入，儿童哮喘的诊治技术又有了新的进展，有必要对现有指南进行适当修订，以更好地指导临床实践。文章对儿童哮喘指南修订的要点提出一些探索性的看法，内容主要涉及疾病的诊断、监测、评估和治疗。

Abstract: 　The current guideline for the diagnosis and optimal management of asthma in children, published in 2008, has played a positive role in promoting the clinical practice level on the management of childhood asthma in China. With the deepening of understanding of the disease, there have been some new technologies on the management of childhood asthma in recent years. It is necessary to revise the existing guidelines accordingly for better use in clinical practice. This paper puts forward some exploratory points of view on the revision of childhood asthma guideline. The main contents are involved in disease diagnosis, monitoring and evaluation, and treatment.
