Abstract: Kawasaki?disease?(KD)?is?an?acute?febrile?and?rash?disease?with?systemic?vasculitis?as?the?main?pathological? change.?The?coronary?artery?lesion?(CAL)?is?the?most?serious?complication?of?KD.?KD?has?the?characteristics?of?seasonality,? regionality,?self-limitation?and?high?incidence?in?infants?and?young?children.?Early?administration?of?intravenous?immunoglobulin? (IVIG)?can?prevent?the?occurrence?of?CAL?in?most?children.?However,?some?children?are?still?unresponsive?to?IVIG,?and?the? incidence?of?CAL?is?higher.?Therefore,?early?diagnosis?of?KD?is?of?great?significance?for?reducing?CAL?and?improving?the?life? quality?of?KD?children.?This?paper?reviews?the?current?status?and?progress?of?related?research.
