摘要: 食物过敏的发病机制、诊断标准以及治疗方案仍需进一步探究。短链脂肪酸是肠道菌群的代谢产物之一,关 于其免疫调节作用的研究逐渐增多并且已经应用于某些免疫相关疾病的临床治疗。为全面了解短链脂肪酸对食物过敏的 肠道黏膜免疫调节以及潜在的治疗作用,文章综述了食物过敏的肠道黏膜免疫机制、短链脂肪酸与食物过敏的联系,以及 短链脂肪酸在其中的免疫调节作用。

Abstract: The pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria, and treatment options of food allergy still need to be further explored. Short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) are one of the metabolites of the intestinal microbiome, and the researches on their immunomodulatory effects are gradually increasing and have been applied to the clinical treatment of certain immune-related diseases. In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the intestinal immunomodulation and potential therapeutic role of SCFAs in food allergy, this paper will briefly review the intestinal mucosal immune mechanism in food allergy, the link between SCFAs and food allergy, and the immunomodulatory role of SCFAs in it.
