摘要:
儿童急性缺血性脑卒中临床上相对罕见,但其预后不佳、复发率较高,值得人们关注。对于成人患者,静脉注射组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(IV-TPA)已被证明是治疗急性缺血性脑卒中有效的方法,然而,在儿童群体中尚未得到批准使用,进一步探讨IV-TPA对儿童急性缺血性脑卒中的安全性和有效性是必要的。本文综述了儿童急性缺血性脑卒中行IV-TPA治疗的研究进展。
