摘要:  先天性心脏病的病因目前国际公认主要是遗传和环境因素共同作用的结果。环境诱发的表观遗传学变化可 能是疾病发展起源的关键因素,具有重要的临床意义,而DNA甲基化是一种主要的表观遗传学机制。文章综述某些环境 因素与DNA甲基化及先天性心脏病关系的研究进展,以便更好地了解先天性心脏病的发病机制,有利于早诊断、早治疗。

Abstract: The current internationally recognized etiology of congenital heart disease is mainly the result of a combination of heredity and the environment factors. Environment-induced changes in epigenetic level may be a key reason for the origin of the disease, which have important clinical significance, and DNA methylation is a major epigenetic mechanism. This article reviews the progress on some environmental factors and DNA methylation and their association with congenital heart disease so that we can better understand the pathogenesis of congenital heart diseases, which is good for early diagnosis and early treatment.
