摘要/Abstract

摘要： 　近年来，加热湿化高流量鼻导管通气（HFNC）作为一种无创辅助通气模式越来越多地应用于新生儿重症监护病房，但到目前为止，支持其临床使用安全的相关证据并未充分建立。文章综述影响HFNC安全使用的因素以及相关并发症，为临床应用提供参考。

关键词: 高流量鼻导管通气；安全性；新生儿

Abstract: In recent years, heated humidified high-flow nasal cannulae (HFNC) devices have become a popular method of non-invasive respiratory support in the neonatal intensive care units. However, the relevant evidence supporting its clinical safety has not been fully established so far. This article reviews the factors affecting the safe use of HFNC and the related complications, so as to provide reference for clinical application.
