摘要：

　胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素（TSLP）是由上皮细胞衍生的一类白介素7样细胞因子，于1994年由Friend等学者首次发现并报道。此后越来越多的研究表明，其广泛出现在变态反应性疾病中，在变态反应性疾病的发病机制中扮演重要角色。文章对近年来TSLP及其与变态反应性疾病密切相关性的研究进展作一综述。
